The survey aims to find out how gender equality connects with you, your work and your workplace. We want to know what motivates you and what might stop you from engaging with gender equality. We also want to know what actions you want to see to promote gender equality… and who should be taking responsibility.
It is anonymous. It will take 10 minutes of your time. The questions are multiple choice, but you will also have the opportunity to tell us what matters to you in your own words.
We are going to publish the results and the research methodology. We are going to talk about it.
We want anyone in the industry to be able to use the data to progress gender equality AND we also want you to be able to replicate the survey. Our results will provide a baseline.
The data will inform how shEqual engages with you and the advertising industry.
We will use the data to advocate to industry groups and workplaces for change.
D&I surveys ask you about your personal experiences. They help us learn about gender diversity and inclusion in your workplace and industry. But a lot of people want to see the advertising industry pick up the pace.
We want to know how you understand and feel about gender equality within your work, workplace, and industry. And how you want it to move forward.
The survey will be live for two weeks, from 20 October to 2 November 2021.
The survey is designed and implemented by Empirica Research. If you have any questions about the survey, please contact Empirica Research at: firstname.lastname@example.org
